
AMP SITE RELAUNCH
Client brief: To train AMP’s marketing and product managers on the best way to approach a vigorous content audit and then edit over 700 pages of copy. Project also including creating navigation labels, landing and homepage page copy and text for internal banners.

AUSTRALIAN MUSEUM RELAUNCH
Client brief: To create fresh events and exhibition copy that reflects the Museum’s goal to be perceived as relevant, fun and authoritative (which it certainly is!). Web writing training was also provided to 90 staff members as part of the Web 2 site relaunch.

NSW DEPT OF PREMIER AND CABINET: BREAKFAST ON THE BRIDGE
Client brief: To create clear, functional and engaging copy that encouraged Sydneysiders to register for the city’s most magical spring event: a picnic on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Part of the Crave Sydney Festival. Project included Facebook and Twitter copy creation.

MBF CONTENT AUDIT AND COPY REVISIONS
Client brief: To review nominated sections of the then just-launched MBF website and suggest editorial and navigational refinements and new copy approaches, in line with brand, search engine optimisation strategies, and the new site’s key objectives.

SCREEN AUSTRALIA LAUNCH
Client brief: To provide copy for the launch of the Screen Australia website. This role required extensive consultation with the three former agency teams (Australian Film Commission, Film Australia and the Film Finance Corporation) to create a comprehensive resource that satisfied the three different parties and projected a uniform voice.

VODAFONE E-LEARNING MODULES
Client brief: To script a series of digital narratives for Vodafone call centre staff to help them understand the technical requirements of common services such as call diversion and global roaming – without falling asleep!
